Rarely do bands ever improve after being broken up for almost two decades, but thankfully Mission of Burma returned better than ever. The group have been on a tear with their new releases over the past decade. In celebration of their new album, "The Sound, The Speed, The Light," the group played a free show on the MIT campus on the government declared "Mission of Burma Day". Opening acts Eula and Big Bear played their own post-punk stylings before Burma took the stage and played through their new album in reverse. They sprinkled in some old classics as well, but the crowd was generally pumped to just watch the band in action regardless of what they played. Check out the rest of the photos after the jump.
