Together Boston Initial Lineup Announced

We told you about Together a couple of weeks ago and now we have the initial lineup for your viewing pleasure. It's a pretty solid mix of electronic genres, with acts like Sinden and AC Slater bringing heavy electro bass, Untold representing on the dubstep front, Boston's own Shuttle, Neon Indian bringing some pop, and ambient Tim Hecker spacing out. Monday February 8

- DJ/Rupture will play jams from all over the world at the Beat Research party at the Enormous Room in Cambridge, MA.


Tuesday February 9

- <3throb welcomes NYC Trouble & Bass DJs AC Slater and Udachi for a night of heavy electro bass at the Middlesex Lounge. 

- Phantogram will headline the Great Scott for a set of electronic tinged indie rock.

- Keith Fullerton Whitman takes over the Mobius Gallery for a more avant garde evening.


Wednesday February 10

- Untold brings his bass heavy wonkyness to the Goodlife for the Bassic party.

- Konrad Black headlines Midweek Techno at the Phoenix Landing.

- The Estate will play host to the Red Bull Music Academy and special guests Klever and Congorock.


Thursday February 11

- Make It New at Middlesex Lounge welcomes back Sian.

- Bryan G takes over Elements for the night and is bringing loads of old school drum and bass records with him at the Phoenix Landing.

- Blog favorite Neon Indian headlines the Great Scott along with local act Southern Belle.

- Orchard Lounge takes over the Middle East Downstairs for a night of live electronic jams.

- Kids at the Bar headline the Throwed party at the Middle East Upstairs. 


Friday February 12

- UK legend Sinden commands the Middle East Downstairs with local boy Shuttle.

- Upstairs at the Middle East features some hot local synth pop talent courtesy of Yes, Giantess and Bodega Girls.

- Lee Burridge blows the roof off of Estate with what will surely be a classic set.

- Electro powerhouse Wolfgang Gartner takes over Rise for the morning.


Saturday February 13

- The ICA will be hosting DJ classes for local youth.

- Local area VJs will come together for a performance of their re-imagining of Hansel and Gretel. 

- DJ Funk will hopefully be bringing his name sake to Privus lounge.

- Dirtybird Records takes full control of the Middle East Downstairs for a night of house and techno.


Sunday February 14

- The "Get Together" Record Fair will be held at the Villa Victoria.

- Thunderdome returns with a set by DJ Steel Lord.

- Boston's own DJ Bruno hosts Machine for the night.

- Damian Lazarus headlines Rise for the closing set of the Together Festival.

Absolutely looking forward to "Together". I'm sure its going to be a killer week. Will be submitting a mix for the DJ contest.
